Refund policy

All sales are final. Unfortunately, once an order is placed we are not able to cancel or make any adjustments to it. Please be sure to double check all shipping information is correct before placing an order!

Once your package is dropped off with USPS, it becomes their responsibility. Lunar Luxuries Crystals is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen in shipping and/or delivery. However, if it seems that an item was defective or damaged prior to shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of your package being delivered so we can evaluate and rectify the situation.
