Shipping Policy

Our current processing time is 10-12 business days. We ship via USPS and offer tracking on all orders. We are only able to ship within the United States at this time.

Please be sure to double check all shipping information is correct before placing an order!

Once your package is dropped off with USPS, it becomes their responsibility. Lunar Luxuries Crystals is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen in shipping and/or delivery.

Damage Policy

Our products are naturally crafted by the Earth, meaning they may not be perfectly uniform. We strive to identify and reduce prices for any post-alteration damages that may affect their appearance. Keep in mind that some imperfections are part of the natural charm of these materials and may not be subject to the Damage Policy.

if it seems that an item was defective or damaged prior to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of your package being delivered so we can try to resolve the situation. While in many cases we may not be able to offer an exact replacement, we will do our best to work with you to rectify the situation.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final, we are not able to accept returns at this time. However if there seems to be an issue with your order that took place prior to shipping, please reach out to us per the Damage Policy!
