Please review the following policies before placing your order. By completing a purchase with Lunar Luxuries Crystals, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the policies applicable to your order.

Processing & Shipping

Our current order processing time is approximately 10–12 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing, website announcement, or at checkout.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare and package your order and does not include carrier transit time.

Orders are currently shipped within the United States via USPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been prepared for shipment.

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Lunar Luxuries Crystals is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address if your order has not yet shipped, but address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Carrier Delays, Lost & Missing Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are handled by the carrier and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact USPS and reach out to us so we can determine what options may be available.

If tracking shows your package as Delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your delivery location, with household members or neighbors when appropriate, and contact your local USPS office.

Lunar Luxuries Crystals cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, including packages that may have been lost or stolen after delivery.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

If an order is returned to Lunar Luxuries Crystals due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, an unclaimed package, or another delivery issue outside of our control, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or when the shipping issue was caused by an error on our part.

Natural Crystal Variations

Crystals and minerals are natural products created by the Earth, which means every piece is wonderfully unique. ✨

Natural variations may include differences in color, pattern, size, shape, clarity, texture, inclusions, fractures, pits, druzy pockets, mineral deposits, uneven surfaces, or other naturally occurring characteristics.

These characteristics are part of the natural formation of crystals and minerals and are not necessarily considered damage or defects.

Some crystals and crystal products may also have imperfections that occurred during cutting, carving, polishing, shaping, mounting, handling, or another human manufacturing or alteration process. When we are aware of an imperfection that goes beyond the natural characteristics of the material, we will make reasonable efforts to clearly disclose the imperfection in the product listing and photograph it as accurately as possible.

When applicable, the condition of the item and/or disclosed imperfection may also be reflected in its pricing.

By purchasing an item with a disclosed imperfection, you acknowledge the condition shown and described in the listing. A previously disclosed imperfection is not considered undisclosed damage or a defect for purposes of our Damage Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately photograph and describe our products, including any known imperfections. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of each piece.

When a listing indicates that you will receive the exact item pictured, the pictured item will be the item sent.

For intuitively selected items or listings where photographs represent an example of the product, the item you receive may vary in color, pattern, size, shape, or other natural characteristics from the example shown.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and package orders before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged, appears defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the shipping packaging and any visible packaging damage, when applicable

Please keep the damaged item and all original packaging until we have reviewed your claim, as additional information or photographs may be needed.

Claims submitted after the 7-day reporting period may not be eligible for a resolution except where otherwise required by law.

Because many of our crystals and products are unique or one-of-a-kind, an identical replacement may not always be available. Depending on the circumstances and available inventory, we may offer an appropriate replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable resolution.

Natural characteristics and variations described in our Natural Crystal Variations policy are not considered damage or defects.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and the small-business nature of our shop, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, natural variations in crystals, or other reasons unrelated to an error or qualifying issue with the order.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us according to the Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items policy above.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

If you need to request a cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests received before an order enters processing or shipment preparation, but cancellations and order changes are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

Sale, Clearance & Promotional Items

Unless otherwise stated, items purchased during sales or promotions are subject to the same final-sale policy as regularly priced merchandise.

Discounts and promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases unless specifically stated as part of the promotion.

Discount codes generally cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.

Mystery & Intuitively Selected Items

Mystery items, mystery boxes, intuitively selected crystals, and similar products are selected based on the description and parameters of the applicable listing.

Because the specific item may not be selected by the customer, personal preference regarding color, pattern, shape, crystal type, or other aesthetic characteristics is not considered a defect or fulfillment error when the item otherwise meets the description of the listing.

Crystal & Product Safety

Some crystals and minerals may be fragile, contain sharp or rough edges, react to water or sunlight, or require special handling and care.

Crystals and minerals sold by Lunar Luxuries Crystals should not be ingested, dissolved, licked, placed in drinking water, infused in water, used to prepare crystal-infused water, used internally, inserted into the body, or otherwise consumed.

Keep small crystals, stones, jewelry components, and other small items away from young children and pets, as they may present a choking hazard.

Customers are responsible for researching and following appropriate handling and care practices for their purchased minerals and products.

Product Use & Care

Please handle crystals, jewelry, and decorative items with care. Damage caused after delivery through dropping, improper storage, exposure to water or chemicals, prolonged sunlight, misuse, normal wear, or failure to follow applicable care instructions is not considered a product defect.

Crystals and stones sold by Lunar Luxuries are intended for decorative, collectible, spiritual, metaphysical, or personal-use purposes and should be used accordingly.

Pricing & Website Errors

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, inventory, promotions, and other website information are accurate.

Occasionally, errors may occur. Lunar Luxuries Crystals reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or product-information errors and to cancel or refund an affected order when necessary, subject to applicable law.
